Itinerary

Arrive at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS), where our representative will welcome you for a private hotel transfer. In the late afternoon, enjoy an iconic Amsterdam Canal Cruise along UNESCO-listed waterways, passing gable houses, skin bridges, and illuminated historic facades.

Visit Museumplein to explore the Rijksmuseum (home to Rembrandt's The Night Watch) and the Van Gogh Museum. Stroll through the charming Jordaan district, visit the outer courtyard of the Anne Frank House, and browse the floating Bloemenmarkt (flower market).

Take a countryside excursion north to Zaanse Schans to tour working historic windmills and artisan workshops. You will experience a live wooden shoe (clog) making demonstration and Dutch cheese tasting, then visit the historic fishing villages of Volendam and Edam.

Board a comfortable Dutch Intercity train to Rotterdam, Europe’s largest port city famous for its cutting-edge architecture. Visit the horseshoe-shaped Markthal food hall, the iconic tilted Cube Houses, and take a harbor cruise past the Erasmusbrug (Erasmus Bridge).

Take a short train ride to The Hague, the political capital of the Netherlands. View the historic Binnenhof parliament complex and the Peace Palace . Then, stop in nearby Delft to visit a traditional factory producing world-famous Royal Delft blue ceramics. Return to Amsterdam in the evening.

Depart on a full-day tour through the Dutch countryside to Giethoorn, a car-free village famed for thatched-roof farmhouses, wooden bridges, and waterways. You board a quiet electric "whisper boat" for a serene canal cruise through the village.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel followed by free time for last-minute shopping along P.C. Hooftstraat or tasting fresh stroopwafels at the Albert Cuyp Market. Meet your driver for a private transfer organized by Travel Mitra Holidays back to Schiphol Airport for your return flight.
