In the afternoon, take a short drive to Pashupatinagar near the Nepal-India border to visit local yak cheese factories and sample fresh Chhurpi. Later in the day, drive to Shree Antu, check into an authentic local homestay, and share a warm homemade dinner with your hosts.

Wake up early for a short drive and hike up to Antu Danda Viewpoint to witness a spectacular sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga and the surrounding hills. Return to your homestay for breakfast by Antu Pokhari lake before driving up to Mai Pokhari, a sacred nine-cornered Ramsar wetland lake surrounded by dense rhododendron forests.
