Visa Application Form (Form 14A)

Citizenship Certificate

Bank Statement

Flight Reservation

Travel dates should be consistent throughout the application.

Hotel Booking

Specific Guidelines: Confirmed accommodation for the intended stay in Singapore.

Travel Itinerary

Specific Guidelines: A simple day-by-day plan showing the places the applicant intends to visit.

Travel Insurance

Specific Guidelines: Recommended for the trip, although requirements can depend on the circumstances.

Family/Relationship Documents — If Applicable
