Flight Reservation

Specific Guidelines: Round-trip or onward flight reservation is recommended.
Make sure the dates match the visa application.

Hotel Booking

Specific Guidelines: Confirmed hotel/accommodation reservation.
Accommodation details should correspond with the travel itinerary.

Travel Itinerary

Specific Guidelines: Day-by-day or general travel plan.
Example: Hanoi → Halong Bay → Da Nang/Hoi An → Ho Chi Minh City.

Financial Documents

Specific Guidelines: Recent bank statement/bank balance certificate may be kept ready, particularly if requested during travel/immigration procedures.
For client applications, it is advisable to maintain evidence of sufficient funds.

Employment/Business Documents – Recommended

Specific Guidelines: For employed applicants: employment letter/leave approval.
For business owners: company registration/PAN or related business documents.
For students: student ID/enrollment document.

Previous Travel/Visa Documents – If Applicable

Bank Statement

Specific Guidelines: 6 months bank statement with sufficient funds to cover the entire trip (recommended NPR 3–5 lakh or more, depending on trip duration)
